Yoga Nidra :
An open state of awareness/consciousness, in which the body is in a deep state of rest, and the mind is able to recalibrate and carry out deep healing.

Womb Yoga :
Womb Yoga is an evolving therapeutic approach to yoga specially developed to support women’s health and healing over the past fifteen years by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

Womb yoga enables us to re-connect joyfully with our naturally arising inner wisdom, insight and vitality, whether we have a physical womb or not. It is both profoundly nourishing, healing and vitalising.
To practice Womb Yoga is to honour and embrace the original blood wisdom of your womb, or womb space energies, as the source of feminine intuition, connection, creativity and nurture.
Womb Yoga is a simple, subtle and delightful route to access feminine spiritual authority, a powerful set of techniques and attitudes for all women to use on their journeys toward spiritual empowerment, self acceptance and contentment.

Awakening the Feminine Voice through Sound & Mantra :
Using the voice and mantra (chanting), to release energy blockages and allow the flow of prana (source energy).
Sound Healing: journeying with the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, harmonium and other instruments, allowing the resonations to ‘retune’ the physical, emotional and energetic bodies.

Healing plants:
Guided walk in which we will identify the plants around us which we can use to heal ourselves.

Wild swimming & Barefoot walking :
Walk barefoot on the Earth and re-establish our connection with Her.  This is a simple and much forgotten way to ‘earth’ and ground us.  We will also swim in the crystal clear and mineral rich (and cold!) water of the beautiful River Lathkill, to ground and rejuvenate.

Shakti Dance :
Cleanse and awaken pranic body through spirit dancing - soar and dive deep in to your own being and take back your power! Enjoy the spirit of Shakti. Gentle flowing asanas, using movement to activate your prana-shakti and self-heal. A transformative experience to release deep tension and blockages, refine your sense and heighten awareness. Open your physical, energetic and mental bodies for increased vitality and creative capacity. Experience yourself as a divine instrument through which your soul-being can express itself creatively to realise your potential. Harmonise your mind and body to feel and perceive deeply the true presence of Being who you are.

Kundalini Yoga:
To balance and uplift, and create an unshakeable calm.  Targeting the subtle flows of the body, and the endocrine and nervous systems, using the five tenets of yogic science: mantra (chanting), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudra, meditation and asana (postures), in order to balance your body and mind, and bring about whole-body cleansing.

Shamanic yoga /Shemynic yoga :
Shamanic Yoga is a path of freedom & to be free is to feel no fear. 'Shemynic' a play on the masculine & feminine - to be in touch with the life forces that inhabit and generate the world & remember to PLAY!
This is a lively, deeply soulful practice that aims to bring authentic connection through the whole self by 'being'.  We recognise all is sacred by presenting the directions/elements as conscious co-creators. Within this space we step into our true source with mantra, upbeat movements, flow/ holding asana, pranayama and medicine wheel savasana.
Indigenous cultures know everything is intricately linked, and thus engaging in practices that draw on the infinite energy sources all around us we naturally energise & build our kundalini energy to awaken the light within… We are our own shaman, shemyn, guru and we are all one....

Supernutrition & Neuroplasticity : Realign body mind and soul.
How do our thoughts affect our body & physical health?  Why is a certain part of our brain hard wired for danger and how does it affect our hormones, habits and behaviours? What do breathing techniques & yoga poses do to help us rebalance and rewire our brain? Research now shows we the ability to affect our DNA and thus our physiology. Through 'Super-nutrition' we can feed our 'whole' being through the 5 senses & reconnect to our true divine source.  Come join us for an informative and practical talk that will provide you with skills and knowledge to help you flow with life.

Embodied Feminine Movement & Breath Practices :
Movement & breath practices that honour and nurture a woman’s body, including self care informed yoga & womb yoga.  Practices that honour the female form, celebrate our essential cyclical nature as women, & support us through all of our life cycles & stages, restore harmony and deepen intimacy from within.

Sarah
Since a child Sarah has had a passion for trees, animals and the natural world.  Through her career as a Woodland Manager, working with horses, and as a Forest School leader, this connection with nature has deepened.  Being barefoot in nature, or wild swimming is her meditation, and through her yoga practice she has come to understand that we are not separate from, but an integral part of nature.  Three years ago she founded Pachamama Yoga retreats, being a single Mum and seeing a need to create a space in a natural environment for women, mums and children to connect and enjoy yoga, just ‘be’ in nature, and connect with Mother Earth.  She also holds women’s circles and teaches Yoga Nidra and ‘Womb Yoga’.  Through her own personal journey Sarah has developed a passion for women’s wellbeing and facilitating women stepping into their own truth and innate power and wisdom.  Sarah is also a Reiki practitioner and volunteers for TreeSisters, a women’s initiative striving to reforest the Earth, and reinstate the Divine Feminine.

I consider myself seeker of the human being and our multicapacity of love. I have studied Psychology, Art Therapy, Doula, Family Constellations with somatic experience and different types of Massages, Manual and Energetic techniques, and Water Massage-Therapy.  My interest in learning is never-ending. In the past I have collaborated and worked on many projects in relation to the social world: children,disabled people, adolescents at risk of social exclusion and single mums. Also I worked in relation to the world of Therapies, in Retreats, Projects and Festivals in different places like Ibiza, Barcelona, Bali and Thailand. For the last 3 years I have collaborated with "Holy Mama" a Yoga Retreat for Mothers and Babies (Ibiza-Morocco) as co-organizer and therapist;
I also worked with  "Manos de Luz" Massage School and Studio in Ibiza and with BeAquatic (Thailand-Cadiz). I currently offer various massages, treatments and therapies in Ibiza. A big part of my clients are mothers, so motherhood (different periods) and femininity have become a big part of my work in the last 7 years.

My yoga searching started in 2002 and I haven’t stopped learning, researching, discovering since!
After discovering yoga in the Daintree Rainforest (Australia) in 2003, I knew I had found something that had deeply touched me. I WAS HOOKED! I trained in Sydney and Melbourne with Yoga in Daily Life for 2 years in classical Hatha Yoga. The Training course emphasised meditation and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. I realised my love of working with children and so trained with Radiant Child Yoga (Radiant Child Yoga course 1 & 2 in 2009, and also the Zenergy Children’s Yoga Foundation, Advanced and Yoga Therapy course in (2011)). In England in 2012 I started teaching and studied: Level 4, Integration Course Diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga (2014) and Yoga For Transformation (Ansara based teachings, Lisa Sanfilippo (2014)). Most recently have been developing shamanic yoga courses. Now training as a priestess of Rhiannon (goddess of sacred sexuality & love), Shakti Dance teacher & shamanic womb practitioner.
